Our Full-Service Event Catering is ideal for weddings, cocktail receptions and private dinner parties alike. We only use fresh ingredients and cook as much as we can directly on-site. Our catering packages will always include our professional staff, design services, rentals & bar options. We specialize in contemporary cuisine as well as "Sophisticated Comfort Foods."

Location05 is a beautiful daylight photo shoot studio with 6 spaces that may be used individually or together. The space features In-house lounge furniture, city & river views and full amenities. The space is a perfect blank canvas for any corporate or private event.

Prince Street Penthouse
The Prince Street Penthouse is a brand new loft space featuring a built-in kitchen, 2 working fireplaces, rooftop with phenomenal city views and a bonus lounge space, This intimate space is ideal for both corporate or private groups, but can also serve as a test kitchen or for live cooking events.

Thalia Restaurant 
Thalia is a large contemporary restaurant in the heart of midtown, just steps away from Times Square. The space features a large lounge, soaring ceilings and award winning lighting & decor. Groups can be accommodated in the lounge, general dining room or semi-private spaces. With a versatile menu and exceptional service, the space is perfect for both corporate functions & private affairs.

Solo Event Space

A contemporary gem in the heart of Manhattan's Financial District, Solo Event Space is one of New York City's most versatile venues. The space features street-level access, soaring ceilings, a built-in stage and state of the art audio / visual capabilities. Clients have access to our in-house event planners and  full service amenities such as catering & design services, but are also welcome to bring in their favorite vendors. The space itself is an architectural achievement boasting beautiful artwork and custom lighting, meanwhile maintaining a façade well suited for any corporate, non-profit or private event.
