Do Not even waste your time with Regency!! We had a 19 person bridal party, so we thought providing our friends with the Luxury Bus would be a great stylish ride for our July wedding. Well as you would think the Air Conditioning would be great in such a large vehicle, But it was Not! It was Horrible and the driver really did not have any concern that my family and friends were exteremely uncomfortable. But that's not even the worst of it!! My husband and I paid in advance for a Regency Shuttle bus to pick up the bridal party and any family & friends staying at the hotel at the end of our wedding. They were asked to arrive at our venue at 11pm. By 12am we were finally able to contact someone from the company. The driver stated " I'll get there when I get there!" Needless to say we had to call taxis to pick all of us up. We have not had any of our telephone calls returned. Nor has anyone from the company tried to contact us to apologize for their hideous service.
