After Hours Music

First off, Phil and the Afterhours band did an AMAZING job at our wedding. We used them for our ceremony music (string trio) and the Band/DJ combo for the reception. There were so many people we heard compliments from, ranging from thinking that it was actually the song playing and not the band (since they hit every song right on) to that was the best wedding band they've ever heard. I have to admit I was somewhat skeptical at first in even using a band but my husband is the one that wanted it. Since we couldn't decide we got both the band and the DJ which worked out nice. The energy that they brought was great and the variety of music that they can play really was awesome. They really did a nice job of sequencing the sets so that there was something for everyone. Phil as an MC was amazing providing the right amount of energy to the night. We also had the band do our first dance songs and again, I was hesitant about not having the 'real' version of the songs, but they blew me away. Phil was a pleasure to work with and very helpful along the way especially with suggestions and with decision making. I highly recommend them.

Phil was amazing! He did everything we asked and all of our guests raves about him! Everybody was on the dance floor all Night!

MC Phil rocked our wedding. He had everyone on the dance floor the entire night. We danced and danced the night away. They followed our playlist to a T and really gave everyone a wonderful time at our wedding. Phil even made the garter toss so much fun for my groom. I had never seen him dance so much. A true testament of the wonderful services. It's easier to communicate with them via email.

The string quartet that played during our ceremony and cocktail hour was just the right touch. The music was lovely!

After Hours Music is AWESOME. Phil, the owner of the company and emcee for our wedding is a true professional and knows exactly what to do and keep the guests entertained. Our guests loved him and continue to rave about Phil and the music at the wedding. We had Brett go over the available packages and he was very thorough, did not BS, there was no phoniness and did not try to sell the packages too hard like other vendors usually do. He mentioned that After Hours was very flexible with how we wanted our wedding and they definitely kept their word. They did not have any problems with us changing things up a little and requesting that each groomsmen/bridesmaid come in during introductions at the reception with different songs. Most of the songs we requested were played during the reception and Phil really made it a point to keep the wedding in check and made sure we did everything we wanted to do and in good time. Phil is a really cool guy and you get a good vibe from him - something you need when you are planning a wedding. All in all After Hours Music did an AMAZING job. Their prices are decent and you get so much for what you pay. We chose the MC/DJ package with two plasmas - that showed candid pictures their photographer takes throughout the ceremony and reception. Also, you may not expect too much from their photographer but he did a great job as well. Took a lot of detailed and candid shots - something you will definitely appreciate seeing as soon as the wedding is over to relive the moment. You will not regret choosing After Hours!!!

After Hours was our wedding venue's preferred entertainment vendor and we could definitely tell why! We heard them playing at another wedding during the initial booking appointment at our venue and had to have them. We were NOT disappointed. Phil Vollarro worked with us and provided us with an awesome music and lighting package that was in our budget. I was a little overwhelmed thinking about our music selections but After Hours made the process easy and stress free by providing song recommendations lists as well as ceremony and reception checklists with all the necessary information. Our MC was Benny and our DJ was Joe. Benny kept everyone laughing and having fun the whole night. Joe followed our song list and kept the music flowing smoothly throughout the whole reception. I also hired the String trio for our ceremony and cocktail hour. They were fabulous and my guests were so impressed with the beautiful live music. I am still getting calls today from guests wanting to tell me how much fun they had. I’ve gotten so many calls saying “It was the best wedding I’ve ever been to!” I’m really grateful to After Hours for making our wedding an event to remember for not only me but for all my guests. I highly recommend them. =)

Phil is great! He was so easy to work with and listened to our special requests! We were very happy, people were dancing the afternoon away!

These guys were awesome. Phil is such a pleasure to deal with. DJ Joey and DJ Brett kept the crowd going all night long with great music and played everything I requested - even the last minute songs! DJ Joey also checked in with me to make sure I was happy and having a good time!

Phil from After Hours was an absolute joy to work with. I am sooo happy we booked with Phil. Not only did he do our ceremony music, cocktail hour music, and reception music but he also did our lighting, gobo, zap shots, and plasma screens. People loved our DJ and I have so many photos of a packed dance floor. Phil was a great MC and I love his vibrant but no overbearing personality! He is AWESOME!

After hours did a fantastic job. From the initial meeting I knew that Phil was a great guy and extremely professional. He worked with me, gave me advice, and played every thing I requested, got everything perfect. The string quartet was amazing and made my ceremony and cocktail hour elegant, and the drummer was awesome. Phil is incredible and did an amazing job, he was so helpful before and during everything. I couldn't thank him enough.

PHIL WAS AWESOME!!! from beginning to end he gave us exactly what we wanted. We would reccomend him to absolutely anyone!!!

Phil and his team came highly recommended to us and we will highly recommend them. Our guests couldn't stop raving about his energy level and the sequence of events. Most Dj's bang everything out in the first hour he made the special moments last all throughout the night. He kept guests wondering what is happening next. He was an excellent help with the original ideas my husband and I wanted to pursue.

Phil and his band are the best!!!! Would highly recommend them. I chose songs which are not from their song lists and they learned it for our big day. Phil is very attentive to details and is very good with follow up with his clients.

Janean Sereno was the talk of our wedding! She was exceptional! She sang Ave Maria and everyone was stunned! Highly recommended!
