Bravura provided MC services (Tony), DJ, percussionist, saxophonist and lighting for our wedding and all I can say is that everything was AMAZING! Their office staff (Jenelle) was so nice and accomodating even when I made changes 3 days before the wedding. Tony, our MC was wonderful - energetic & so professional. Everything Bravura provided was so great and we got so many compliments about how awesome the music was, Tony, the sax & percussion - all of it! I would highly, highly recommend them.

All I can say is AMAZING! The drums, the sax, the DJ and especially Tony kept everyone on their feet the entire night! I do have to single out Tony to say how out of everyone "running" our wedding he was by far the best!! A wedding coordinator in disguise, Tony stuck to the plan, adjusted when needed too, always kept calm cool and collective when situations would pop up and took control when no one else did. I cannot say enough how lucky and thankful we were to have him be a part of our day.

Where do I start? Bravura was the only music vendor we looked at. As a house vendor for Westbury Manor, we already figured that they were top notch. The DJ/MC was by far the most important vendor we were choosing. You see, we were not your typical young Long Island couple. This was my second marriage, and the first, at 52, for my DH. In addition, we wanted an ecclectic mix of our cultures. While both American, I am Jewish and was raised on Long Island, while his background is Puerto Rican and he was raised in the Bronx. We have know eachother forever and have been together as a couple of 10 years. We have many mutual friends and really wanted a celebration. We had a vision and wanted to PARTY with a vibe that met our unique relationship. What we received with Bravura was a testament to excellence to great entertainment! From the moment we met Tony and Janelle we felt we were with professionals. Tony is clearly a great salesmen who has been working and organizing weddings for quite some time. We liked that fact that they only do weddings and we did not have to worry about some “kiddy DJ” type stuff creeping in. I had thrown a Bar Mitzvah for my daughter so I knew what I did NOT want for my wedding. We hired Bravura on the spot, something that my DH RARELY does. Yet what followed the signing of the contract exceeded our expections. About a month before our wedding we received a call from Tony letting us know that they MC we picked was no longer working with the company. Well, my DH FLIPPED!!!! I , although anxious, accepted this and relied on the reputation of the company to make sure they provided us with the service we hired them for. Janelle really took the time to calm my DH down and they gave us the opportunity to meet another MC that they believed would be a great fit. Janelle is an absolute doll with an incredible disposition. Sweet, understanding and so balanced when faced with our nerves! We met Janelle, Tony, and Edwin in the studio. They time they took to make us feel comfortable and were really professional and appropriate considering the circumstances. We were not a huge financial “score” and were working with a tight budget, but they gave us the same treatment and care as they would a more lucrative wedding. As for the wedding itself , people are STILL raving about it. We can't wait to see the video! The DJ followed all of our instructions to a tee. We had some very specific ideas for our ceremony and entrance. Alphonso, our DJ took care of it to perfection! What a lovely man. As for Edwin, what can we say? Absolutley adorable..(heard this from the women:), classy and so professional. He was able to provide the Salsa zest effortlessly with the classic American vibe. I made sure to provide him with feedback on how to properly address saying the blessing over the wine and challah, which is traditional for Jewish weddings. He made his way around the floor, effortlessly and provided a tasteful yet totally party like atmosphere. I bet he would even say it was a GREAT party...LOL. He took us from my DH's special “song” dedicated to me, to the traditional Jewish Hora to Salsa, to Top 40 and some Bon Jovi thrown in for good measure. I am smiling thinking about how great this day went and I can seriously give a great deal of the credit to Edwin and Alphonso. One last thing. Bravura sounds like they have an incredible array of live musicians that I would have love to have taken advantage of. However, we just could not fit it into our budget. It is worth checking out if you want to add that kind of flair to your day. Once again..they never got pushy or made us feel less important because we were not spending as much as some other weddings. I really really appreciated this. You will not go wrong if you pick Bravura for your wedding entertainment. G-d willing, when my daughter gets married, picking the DJ would be a done deal!

All i have to say is WOW!!! My guests never sat in their seats. The music was just sooooo great. Guest told me every time they got tired and tried to walk back to their seats another song came on they just had to dance. Bravura did an amazing job. Raul was my master of ceremonies and he was fun and very professional. Sadly i don't know that name of my Dj but he was fantastic. Price wise they are not your most expensive but they are not your cheapest, but i say you get what you pay for. I would recommend them to everyone.

Bravura was great!!! All our expectations were met in every way, our DJ, MC, and Vocalist performed just as we had dreamed of. I got so many compliments throughout the evening and still are. I hired Bravura not only because they had won me over in one of there showcases, but of the professionalism and assurance they demonstrated to me in the very beginning that they would make my day memorable!! And they did :)

I'm very happy with Bravura, from the first meeting, to the scheduling, to the wedding day performance... everything was perfect! Tony, our MC, was very professional, and we loved Vincent, the pianist, as well as our violin due during our ceremony. The DJ was fantastic and played all my requests, keeping the guests dancing all night!! I'm very happy with them and would highly recommend...

Every second working with Bravura was amazing. They EXCEEDED my expectations. We were a BIG dancing/party crowd and they started and continued the party! Dancing is one of my favorite things along with music, and this vendor was SO important to my husband and I. The dance floor was never empty and that's the best thing I felt all night---looking around and seeing everyone I love having the time of their lives. The lighting was SO beautiful and well worth it!! ALSO, we had the calypso band for the cocktail hour and I heard SO many compliments on how great they were! THANK YOU BRAVURA!!

Guests take away the quality of food and entertainment when attending a wedding and we were certain to have this be a priority! We saw a number of popular DJ companies, but when it came to meeting with Bravura and witnessing their showcase firsthand there was not a doubt as to who we would use. We booked their DJ/MC combo as well as their uplighting package. Tony was appropriate, classy and knew what type of affair we were striving for and made that happen. One major complaint is the lack of personalized responsiveness to emails and phone calls. Emails would be answered via automatic responses when specifically requesting phone calls or the answering of specific questions. Weeks before the wedding, when stress is at an all time high, and changes are being made, a bride does not want to receive some impersonal email. Phone calls would often be returned by those who were not capable of giving us the information we were requesting. And truly it was only a handful of contacts, something that really wouldnt have taken much time. It was a bit disappointing and made us uneasy for the big day. After all, it is in the end when couples have the most questions and we really didnt feel as though we were a priority and that felt bad. In the end our guests danced the night away! Every guest made their way to the dance floor at some point during the night and most stayed there all night, including us - the bride and groom!

I was so worried about the music! Lets just say that I am a very detailed bride. I had my final meeting with Jenelle and she assured me that everything would be perfect. I was worried that the our DJ was not at the final meeting. Now that it is over, I can honestly say that Bravura delivered perfection. My notes were extremly detailed because of my crazy ideas and I expected for the DJ to miss a few requests. Nothing was missed! The night was perfect. If you are looking for a company that will cater to your specific music and etertainment need and deliver quality talent and professionalism, Bravura is the way to go!

My husband and i heard Bravura at an expo, immideatly we knew they were the service we wanted. we sought around other expos with Bravura and other dj/ band services.. and nothing compared! We added ceremony music, coctail live music, percussion through the wedding... it was EXCELLENT. additionally we had A LOT of musical tastes, and requests, i thought it woudl never work.. it worked perfectly! they combinded traditional jewish wedding music, with argentine cumbia! from teh beginning to end EVERYONE was up. from ages 2 to 80! it was the...

Bravura Entertainment did an awesome job at our wedding! They had the old and young up and dancing all night. One thing to point out I didn't feel that the DJ wore his best outfit for our event. My husband was a bit disappointed with the open shirt and lack of tie for our formal affair. In addition the booth was lacking the stage appearance we first fell in love with during the show case. In general, I highly recomment Bravura for any event.

Kristin & John Ciorra November 6, 2010 Stone House at Stirling Ridge Warren NJ From start to finish, Tony & Paul and any other Bravura staff that we worked with were nothing but professional, accomodating and flexible. This is the vendor that we were most excited for and the one that we had not a worry in the world about, and now that the wedding reception is over I can honestly say that Bravura exceeded all of our expectations. We had Anthony as our emcee and the full live 5 piece ensemble for our cocktail hour and reception. We had the lighting which was not at all what some have consisting of strobe lights and Sweet 16 like colors-it was soft and just added to the beauty of our reception room. We also had the plasma screen, photo montage and photojournalist photographer. The screen was not obnoxiously large or in everyone's face and the picture quality was superb, nothing blurry or superimposed which I have seen on other plasma screens at other weddings. Anthony's energy as an emcee was exactly what we requested. Each musician was just unbelieveably talented. There aren't enough words to express how talented Paul is, his voice is simply magical! The photojournalistic photographer was excellent, he actually took numerous pictures that we liked better than our main photographer and he was not nearly as overbearing and in our face as she was, which we truly appreciated! I recommend Bravura to everyone I know and do not believe there is a better company in the tri state area. Although an unusual request/wish, the only other thing that would have made having them even better was if they could have provided us with a "soundtrack" of our wedding which included the music they played via dj and the music the musicians played-it was that fantastic that I wish I had that to relive it everyday!!

They are the best company out there! Make sure to visit their exclusive performance show! We booked on the spot after seeing 10 other entertainment companies! Unbelievable!

Professionalsim and quality of service are top notch. Flexibility is aslo off the charts--we had them provide live music for the wedding ceremony and the cocktail hour, and had a DJ for the reception--the variety and configurations are completely up to you. A little pricey, but hey, you get what you pay for and Bravura helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect!

This review is for Raul, our DJ/MC: Raul was absolutely amazing, super friendly, patient, and accommodating. I had not met him before the wedding (I only dealt with Tony and Aaron setting up the arrangements) and was initially unsure of whether he would be good, but he exceeded my expectations. He accommodated my crazy cousins' request to put on a spontaneous choreographed dance number (as a "gift" to me, haha). He played the photo montage that my sister made, and then adeptly adjusted when it was clear that it was not professionally finished and WAY too long. He was helpful, friendly, fun, and sweet, signing our guest book and generally being an absolute dream to work with. No complaints, Raul was fantastic! On the management side, Tony was a very good, charming salesperson, although I didn't get the best vibes from Aaron in either of our 2 meetings with him (a bit condescending when I said our music choices included country, and generally just not as personable as Tony). Overall, Bravura delivered on their promise and kept the party going. Thanks, Raul!

I don't even know where to begin.. a couple of years ago we heard them play at our friends wedding and said we HAVE to have them when we get married.. well 3 yrs later they were there and the dance floor was packed the ENTIRE NIGHT. when we met with our MC a month before he goes over EVERY detail about the wedding. They were amazing!!!!! LOVE THEM

We had a string quartet for the ceremony, and they were lovely. Then we had a small DJ set-up for the cocktail hour which offered a little background music without being obtrusive. The DJ and master of ceremonies for the reception were very high-energy (because that's what we requested), and they kept people dancing. They had an excellent mix of music, and used ALL of our suggestions. Also, they were very accomodating with last-minute changes or additions, such as making announcements and being creative and interactive with the crowd. They even made my husband dance to earn the privilage of taking off my garter. It was a fantasitc night and hardly anyone spent the whole night sitting! They were too busy dancing!! They even threw in extra lighting that made for a very nice atmosphere.

I did not need to search various DJ companyies or even know someone personally who used Bravura to book them. I saw them at my RH bridal showcase and was immediately impressed and sold on them based on their presentation and by spending a few minutes speaking to them. I knew they would be it. I feel very strongly against the cheesy, loud and showy DJ presentation which it seems many out there go with. Bravura is against that also. They are very professional, and have a classy presentation. They are all well spoken and take pride in what they do and realize that a wedding is an adult event and not a super Sweet 16. And their price was very reasonable and competitive. And they offer live entertainment... something most DJ's do not offer. I never dreamed that I would be able to afford a jazz trio for my cocktail hour but they made it possible. They sounded amazing and guests were very impressed. The reception was a hit as well. People danced all night. Me and my husband had a VERY hard time deciding on a wedding song and at our final meeting with them, they patiently spent 2 long hours sitting with us trying to find the perfect song. The only thing I would have liked different was that we did not meet with our Emcee prior to the wedding. That is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. This is something I should have requested myself and I'm sure they would have accomodated my request. I think it's important to meet with your emcee so that he gets an understanding for himself of what it is you want and what you are looking for. I dont know if it was not meeting with him or our late decision making of wedding songs that caused confusion with our spotlight dance but after all was said and done, it was a great success and you realize that some things may not go as perfect as planned. Guests had a great time as well as bride and groom! My brother will be meeting with Bravura for his upcoming wedding!

We received so many compliments during our cocktail hour with the cityscapes jazz group. The reception was unbelievable, we are so happy we went with all the extras at the reception. The percussionist was awesome and my grandmother was dancing with the saxophonist. All of our requests were played and the energy was crazy. I highly recommend BRAVURA, they are definitely the way to go!!!!
