Chef Gabey and Culinary Concepts were recommended to us by a friend of the family. We were thrilled with the final product that was presented at our wedding. The food was beautiful, delicious, and we received tons of compliments throughout the night and since.
Our wedding was tricky since we were planning a Brooklyn wedding from Chicago. We had lots of ideas and Chef Gabey was more than happy to accommodate our wishes in a very relaxed and helpful way. At times it was difficult to get a hold of him and we had some last minute changes to make but, when the chips were down, everything was taken care of in a very professional manner. We would highly recommend Culinary Concepts!
