It was a pleasure to work with Frank. He is professional and talented. We knew from the very first meeting that our wedding would be pumping all night! He played everything we wanted and more.....the dance floor was jumping right until the very end! We also hired a cocktail hour singer through Frank, and Jim did a fantastic job with his impersonations of Frank Sinatra and such. We were very happy with the job FM Entertainment did and would definately recommend them to everyone!

Very professional, a little hard to get in touch with -- but they call you back if you leave a message, great service, best price around, played everything we wanted. Had the dance floor packed the whole night, great Master of Ceremonies!!!

I truly enjoyed working with Frank. There a few mishaps the week leading up to the wedding and the day of the wedding but he kept our dancefloor packed all night and played all the music we asked him to. The party was great with the help of Frank and his crew!

FM Entertainment was one of my favorite wedding vendors. I wish I could give a rating higher than 5. We met with Frank after having looked at one of the "big name" DJs on Long Island and falling in love with the white sound system. Frank showed us the white light up DJ Booth and promised us the all white sound system for our wedding, which he delivered. Everything looked amazing, and the price was 1/3 less than the other company. What's better than the price was the level of service. I feel like Frank really took time to get to know us and was attentive to our needs. He played EVERY request we made, took time to speak with my husband at the wedding to get the introduction to one of our special dances correct, played nothing we asked him not to play and had just the right amount of interaction based on what we'd discussed. I've gotten so many compliments about the music at the wedding. People were up and dancing ALL night. There was a great mix of songs for all ages and the volume was just right. As I mentioned, Frank kept up with all of our requests, even the ones that were changed by email the week of, or changed verbally at the wedding. He checked in with us throughout the evening to make sure everything was how we liked it and to keep us updated on where we were in the evening and what was going to happen next. As far as I can tell, Frank communicated well with the Maitre'D, as every "event" of the wedding went flawlessly. Frank even picked up on some of the things we'd requested and played some things in the same realm which fit in and we also loved. I would recommend FM Entertainment without hesitation. We felt very comfortable with Frank throughout the process, and our wedding went off flawlessly. In fact, it was better than I imagined.

We had Frank as our DJ and MC for our wedding. From the beginning FM entertainment was one of the easiest and most pleasant vendors to work with. Whenever I would call or email Frank with questions he would always respond really quickly and was always very friendly and helpful. About a month out from our wedding we decided we didn't want a photo montage anymore and we were able to switch that out for a piano player without a problem at all.On our wedding day Frank was EXCELLENT! I kept changing the order of names for bridal party introductions, as well as our first dance song and the ordering of some other things that might have gotten confusing but he carried everything our exactly the way we wanted it with no mistakes! He played a good mix of songs and also incorporated a lot of songs we wanted from a huge list we gave him; which kept people constantly on the dance floor. He was also really interactive with group dances and bouquet toss, etc (but wasn't overly interactive or loud). Our guests really enjoyed themselves and complemented our DJ. I would recommend FM entertainment highly!!

Terrible Vendor, horrible..do not use them..All of my vendors were amazing except for Frank..ruined my wedding experience..DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!

I was very happy with my decision to use FM Entertainment. I didn't want an annoying DJ and Frank was perfect for us! He listened to everything we wanted and everything was absolutely perfect!

Great, great music and easy to deal with. The dance floor was packed, regardless of it being daytime. I think Frank fit in everything on our wishlist.

We had a really really bad experience with this vendor. We did so much research before selecting FM Entertainment, and saw so many good reviews about them, that we met with them to book their service. Our second appointment should have forewarned us. We walked into their studio and Diedra (or so I think you spell her name) was yelling very loudly at Frank. He came out to meet us and was very distracted and didn't pay much attention to us. I suggested to my wife (who had met Frank a week before I met him) not to book them, because I got a bad vibe from them. My wife told me that Frank had been very nice the first time she met him. We went ahead and booked them. We asked Diedra to put together a photomontage and she didn't get done until the very night of the wedding when my wife felt compelled to call to inquire. She asked firmly but corteusly Diedra why one hour before the wedding she was not finished. Diedra started yelling at my wife and calling her really bad names that are too rude to repeat, and my wife started crying. What a horrible experience on what should have been one of the most memorable days.

Frank is awesome and down to earth!! He made our wedding! All my friends still rave about how awesome he made the wedding flow with playing the right songs at the right times. I am so happy and I would give him an A times a million.

DJ: FM Entertainment – LIW vendor – AA++We met with a few different DJs and saw some in action as various wedding expos. It is not easy to choose a DJ. I relied on LIW for real reviews with this and have to say we were not disappointed. We met with Frank, the owner, and booked the same day. We purchased the LIVE Package through them which included, MC and a DJ, CH musician or singer, 4 hr reception, all digital sound system, club lights and vertical truss lights, a customized nameplate (BoGo), a Percussionist, Photo Montage, Candid Zap Shots, Live feed of dance floor with a light technician, 2-50” Plasma Screens and complete event planning. We added Ceremony music for an additional but reasonable price and enjoyed it. We switched from the Percussionist to a Female Vocalist closer to the date and they didn’t give us any trouble.MC – Frank – AAAAAAAAA for Awesome – worked the crowd and everyone was dancing the whole night. For the Father / Daughter dance, my dad’s knee was acting up from the walking at OWG earlier. I informed Frank that my brother would now be dancing with me and without hesitation, announced it as if it was intended to be this way. He also offered guidance on our Photo Montage. Told us there was a 40 pic limit if they scanned, 80 if we scanned. So I gave them a USB of all of the photos we wanted. They did a great job and played the montage during the first course. My SIL was so emotional and touched by it. She came up to us at the DAIS afterwards crying and telling us how beautiful it all was. They gave us the CD of the montage that evening.DJ – John – A+During the reception he played all different kinds of music, but most if not all of it was on our must play list and kept us dancing the entire time! He had smooth transitions and really read the crowd well. Candids – Joey – AAAAAAAA+++++ He was fun and had a great eye. Some ladies would even call him eye candy. He was sweet and really caught some great shots. I’m so happy we had him. At the end of the night I went to thank him and he handed us the BoGo and a DVD of our Photo Montage and our Zap Shots. This was the best and made us extremely happy to have picture right away.Chico – Steel Drummer – for Cocktail Hour – A+We heard everyone singing, saw them bopping to the island rhythm. He was really great and the energy for the CH was perfect. Unfrotunately we enjoyed him more on our wedding video b/c we were being pulled in so many directions at CH. He was really wonderful.Deirdre – Co-Owner and Event Planning – A+ Although she wasn’t part of our actual day, she was the point of contact and was in charge of coordinating all of the details that went into it. She was fast to reply and was really accommodating when we asked to have a female vocalist rather than the male they usually go with. It isn’t something they normally do, so I was really happy they made the exception. Also, a few days before the wedding, DH decided to add one last picture of himself in his Navy uniform to the Photo Montage. I emailed Deirdre and it was no problem at all. She also assisted us with song selection. Thanks!Donna Lee – our Vocalist – ADonna performed during our dinner and many of our guests really enjoyed her. She did a great job with the song list we provided Deirdre and was really entertaining.

Frank was our MC and unfortunately I don't remember our DJ's name. They did such a great job at playing the music we wanted. Our dance floor was packed the whole night!! Frank wasn't intrusive like a lot of MC's can be. About a month after our wedding, we went to 2 other weddings with Frank as the DJ/MC and they did a phenomenal job again.

Frank did a great job. Very professional. Only thing was he was late to the event and showed up during cocktail hour to start his setup hence, no cocktail music. There was alot of traffic.

FM Entertainment was the easiest vendor to book. We went to a showcase and booked them right then and there. Frank and the FM staff were always helpful and organized. We booked Frank as our MC and a DJ as well. They were AMAZING at our wedding. They kept the dance floor packed the whole night. They definitely went above and beyond what we expected. They are a must have for your wedding!

I wanted quality, but not with the price tag. They delivered. My only gripe was that I made a detailed list of songs for the CH, Recp., Dinner....etc....The DJ only read the CH part & thought the entire night was "Rat Pack" music. I knew something was wrong when the first song played at the Recp. (after our song) & QUICKLY fixed that problem. He did use many of my requested songs....there were many I could have lived without, but I do understand he is "reading" the dancefloor...I was still great!

LOVED LOVED LOVED Frank! They were the only DJ company who were not pushy and chessy!

The whole planning process with them went fine. The day of, the MC introduced us and said the wrong name! He was apologetic but my mom was so angry! Besides that, they were friendly and did a pretty good job. My husband wasn't too impressed with the drummer we had, but other then that they were okay.

Frank was our dj and he did great. He only messed up our ceremony music, but my husband tapped him on the shoulder and made sure he played the right song when i walked out. Other than that, everything else was fine.
