When my husband was frustrated with all of the engagement ring styles available on the market the salesmen at Goldcasters very willingly worked with him on designing his own ring. After helping him pick out the right diamond they connected him with the in-house jeweler and they drew up a few designs together, then after several draft wax molds they eventually had the ring he was looking for. Now I have a truly one of a kind engagement ring.We returned to Goldcasters to buy our wedding rings and our favorite salesman knew exactly the right ring for me. I had complained that a lot of others we looked at weren't delicate looking enough (we originally wanted matching rings). My engagement ring has a small blue sapphire and he picked out a ring with alternating diamonds and sapphires in different shapes. It was already my size and we bought it right away. My husband found a ring that they adjusted so it also would have the sapphire/diamond design so we could have matching rings without identical rings.Goldcasters offers a special in which you get a free night in their limo when you buy an engagement ring and discounts on their limo service from that point forward. Unfortunately the limo broke down in our driveway, but the owner of the store called a day later to apologize as did several salesmen and they gave us another night and extra time with the limo as well as a gift certificate to the restaurant we were headed to that night as an apology. Goldcasters has been nothing but wonderful during this whole process and we look forward to working with them again.
