Have You Heard?, Inc listened to everything I wanted and exceeded all expectations: including time and quality. Exceptional service was provided by Ginny. She had everything to me in a week and ensured the final product was devine!

Ginny is super helpful and doesn't try to push expensive invitation, she works with you budget. I was having an my wedding at a well known caterer and want to put my budget to more important things that the invitations. She helped with the whole process and even helped when I came back with my mother for the final decision. Once the invitations were in the was a printing malfunction on the invitations and some print was bubbly and some were flat all on the same invitation. I called and she told me to bring them back (this is where some bridal panic can happen), I anticipated for it to be difficult to get a re print, however Ginny seemed embarrassed that the invitation got to me that way and that she didn't do the check herself. She assured me that the printer was at fault and she had never seen that before and would have it done ASAP, which it was. She was great, awesome customer service.

Ginny, from Have you Heard?, should win an award for putting a bride's mind at ease. From the beginning, she helped me select exactly what I wanted but couldn't pinpoint what I was looking for. My invitations were Beautiful and I have received so many requests as to where I got them. Can't wait to use them in the future!

This was the best find of the wedding. Ginny of Have you Heard? is such an amazing woman. She was so helpful, not only in picking out the invitations, but with great advice on etiquette and anything else I needed. I could always call or email her for advice and she was so helpful. They have so many invitations to choose from, and she did a great job printing my envelopes as well as printing my place cards at the last minute. She is awesome and I highly recommend her.

The invitations for my wedding did come out beautiful, however they do not offer you any more than what you can do online (if you are internet savy). I found the invitations for cheaper online after I had already placed my order and they would not honor it. Also they ordered me the wrong envelopes and they came in wrong three times! Although, she did express them to my house each time. A little bit of a hassle, but I can't deny that my invitations were unique and awesome.

My invitations were gorgeous, and very unique. People RAVED about the beauty and quality. That said, the were VERY exprnsive. I felt a little violated after paying all that money; but I got caught up in the moment. The vendor charged for every little thing and didnt negotiate the price at all. For that reason, I went elswhere for my favors and found the same items for less. However, she produced excellent work and was very responsive to my needs.
