They were very easy going in the store, helped me find the pefect peice that looks great on me and had the piece when they said they would! My piece was a bit pricey but i got complimets all day for it and it was definetly worth it!!I would highly recommend working with them.

I purchased my bridal gown from Paradise Bridals and the whole experience was great. Patty W. helped me pick my dress. She chose a dress for me that I would have never chosen in my wildest dreams and it turned out to be "THE ONE". You can tell she was genuine and not just trying to make a sale. i tried on many other dresses that were WAY more expensive than my dress and never once did she push me towards the others. I got a terrific price for my dress. I had no problems with my fittings or alterations. Anytime I called for anything, they were always so helpful.

Wonderful staff--expecially Donna--who actually picked out my wedding gown for me! I went in with my pre-conceived notion of what my dress should look like, and she chose one that was everything I didn't ask for and asked me to try it anyway, because she thought it would be perfect for me! Why not? I did, and she was right it was a beautiful dress that looked like it was made especially for me! No need to go anywhere else! I also got my bridesmaids dresses there, and they have no problems. I would not however recommend them for tuxedos, as they are overpriced compared to the competition--try Roger's Tuxedos instead!

Be careful when they are measuring you! They measured me wrong and ordered a dress too small...They did fix it for no more $ than the alteration cap.

I purchased my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses at Paradise. While everything worked out in the end and I couldnt have been happier with my dress, the alterations, and my b-maids dresses...it was definitely a bumpy ride. First, my dress came in a month later than they originally told me. Not a big deal...because everything else was done on time...but it was frustrating going through it. Second, one of my girls ordered extra length for her gown because she is 5'11" - but it was still 4 inches too short when it came in. Now the shop was great in helping fix this problem (I sent them the dress, told them how much length needed to be added, and they took care of it all) but why give all those measurements if not to get it right the first time?

My dress was amazing! I had a great experience with Paradise Bridal. Because I came in on a very slow, rainy night, I had the entire salon to myself. I was treated like a princess the first time I came in. I ordered the dress on the spot. I really loved it and loved my sales associate. The next few times I came in, they weren't so nice. All of the other ladies besides my sales associate were a little snooty and seemed bothered by me, for some reason.Other than that, I was very happy with everything. Perhaps, I was extremely lucky to have Fanny as my sales associate because she was absolutely flawless! Their prices seemed quite fair and competitive. A!

I LOVED MY DRESS. The day of my wedding everything about it was perfect. It fit wonderfully and the bustle (11points) held together for the entire day. We also got the bridesmaid dresses there and they too looked wonderful the day of the wedding. The service/alteration end of the business is a little difficult to deal with. It seems that they are much more flexible with bridal then bridesmaid gowns. It was difficult to get an appointment with them and they were usually late when it came time for your appointment. I would recommend them for your bridal gown but you may want to look elsewhere for your bridesmaids. The good thing (and what made us order from there) is that if you get your bridal gown there, they offer 10% off the bridesmaids dresses.

They were very flexable when it came to getting my dress done on time. Once the dress came in they added many hand made details that I asked for and used the most cost effective method to accomplish it.

I got my Maggie gown here and if it werent for a terrific Bridal Attendant (Elaine) when I first went there and a fantastic Seamstress (Rosalie), they would have gotten an F. They were very rude, especially over the phone when I called in. Also I had to call 8 times to find out where my gown was. They were nasty to me and said it would be in 2 weeks before my wedding date. I flipped out that it was too close and that wouldnt provide me enough time to get alterations done. I was told I was lucky I didnt get charged a rush feewell I ordered my gown 17 months before my wedding and they read the date wrong and must not have ordered it when I asked. If it werent for my assertiveness, I wouldve been naked at my wedding!!!

Paradise Bridal has a ton of gowns for a great price. The sales person we worked with was wonderful but from there it was all down hill. My dress was late coming in even though I ordered a year before my wedding. My fittings went terrible they even forgot to do some alterations. MY Brides mades and flower girl dresses all arrived later than expected and the seamstresses were mean at the fittings and didn't do some alterations in time for the second fittings. If you want a good price and are willing to put up with bad service then this is your place!

This was my experience....sad, but true.I am a very recent bride who used this poor excuse for a bridal store for my wedding gown, as well as, my bridesmaids and flower girl dresses. I just happened to drop in to this store very soon after my engagement to "just look" and wound up trying a few dresses on. To my surprise, I found a great dress. I hadn't taken the opportunity to read up on reviews of this place (which now I completely regret) and figured they'd been around a long time, so how bad could it be? Well, very, very bad! During that first visit, the salesperson, Loliita, was very nice, of course, as she was trying to sell me a dress. After I agreed to order the dress, I found the bridesmaids dress and flower girl dress I wanted. I was in, and I had NO idea what I was in for!I will cut to the poignant moments of my experience....My dress was ordered in November. It arrived in January. I was NOT ALLOWED to come in to see it AT ALL until June. That's right, JUNE! I was told they would not allow it to be handled until 6 weeks before the wedding. UMMMM....it's my dress! I asked to try it on, at least (it was too small when I initially tried it on, so I wanted to see how it looked on me for the first time) and they told me absolutely not. I was dumbfounded and terribly angry. I spoke to the "manager" (a term I use VERY loosely) Donna, who was rude and basically told me "too bad". I was finally ALLOWED, after several unpleasant phone calls, to try my dress on in mid-june ( I would not take no for an answer any longer). But I wasn't allowed a fitting until late June. Thankfully, my fittings went ok and the dress ended up being fine (although very wrinkled upon picking up..I sent it back 3 times to be re-pressed..still not that great). Throughout the months of my engagement (which is supposed to be a lovely, happy time) I was faced with the rudeness of every employee of Paradise Bridals. They are in NO WAY a group of women (and one random man??) who are in the wedding business because they love what they do and are equipped to deal with brides and bridal parties. They fall very short on professionalism and compassion. As for my poor bridesmaids (who were just casualties in this battle)...Their dresses were ordered in January (for an August wedding). I started to call about their arrival in late May, figuring that had been plenty of time. Nope. I was told they were not in and they had no idea when they'd be in but was told by everyone not to worry (that's their famous phrase, even when you're in tears in their store). I called so many times throughout June. No dresses, no answers. My bridesmaids called almost daily throughout June. No dresses, no answers. I was told, by one of the bright ones that works there, that the dresses take a very long time to come because they come by cargo ship and it takes a very long time for the ships to sail here. Huh?? Then the next day, my bridesmaid called to see where the dresses are coming from and they told her that they come from a manufacturer in NYC. That's a LONG boat ride! That is just one ridiculous story out of too many that was given to us. They lied to us...a lot...all of them. The dresses arrived the second week of JULY for an AUGUST wedding!!! I won't even go into the nightmare that was the fitting process. To sum it up...shoddy seamstresses...no flexibility in appointments...rude seamstresses who tell you how fat you are (even said it to my 2 junior BM, who are 10 and 13).Each of the many, many times I was in that store, there was ALWAYS someone (a bride, a BM, a mother) complaining and unhappy and every time, it was as if the staff could care less. I would never recommend using this bridal store....ever.
