John at Photography in Style was absolutely amazing from before our wedding day with any questions, to our engagement shoot, on our wedding day and even after. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and that he delivered a breath taking product. He enjoys what he does and will take the time to make his work perfect. Once our day was done, he provided us with digital proofs and printed proofs within a month of our wedding day - we were amazed! Our entire wedding party complimented us on John's performance. John was a phenomenal photographer. He went above and beyond in every category I can possibly think of. He was polite and professional and always managed to stay on task. I barely noticed him throughout the ceremony and reception, but he was able to capture so many (difficult) shots in a variety of angles. Our package included a full day of engagement shoot, design of a Save The Date, high resolution and low resolution images, the images on his website, 4x6 prints of all photos and 2 photographers. He takes traditional photos and photo-journalistic photos. So far I did an engagement session with John- At first I thought that the pictures would not be any good because me and my fianc? do not know how to pose for the life of us. As soon as we started shooting, John told us where to look, how to stand and what type of facial expressions to have. I felt like I was a vogue model after just 2 minutes. John had a lot of energy and tons of ideas of what the next shot will be. He was easy going, professional and responsive. Once he corrected the pictures and we were able to see the outcome, I was in shock at how good they came out. When I show the pictures to friends they all ask us if we are models and what magazine where we shooting it for!!! If you want to really capture your beauty in a photograph- book right now since he?s a busy man. I am very happy with my choice of choosing him as your wedding is a once in a life time event and you dont want to ruin your memories with the wrong photographer.

When I met John, I immediately knew I had to book him because overall he offered us the best value for our money. He was friendly and professional and very easy to talk to. He was always very responsive to our needs and took the time to explain various photography techniques. He was open to taking our advice regarding what we wanted specifically for our wedding. John was a friendly and professional photographer. Our original photographer bailed on us 3 months before the wedding. We were nervous to find another photographer and really lucked out with John and were actually glad in the end that our original photographer didn't work out. From the engagement pictures, to the planning, to the wedding, John was fantastic all around. Very calm and organized. We didn't want old style pictures that many of the older photographers seem stuck on. John had some great ideas and the prints are beautiful. This was the second event we've contracted John to be our photographer. Our first event was our wedding for which John did such a great job that we decided to contract him again for our first baby shower. We definitely built a great business relationship as-well-as a friendship.
