My wedding cake came out just amazing! I had no idea when we sampled the cupcakes that it would turn out as good as it did the wedding day! We went with a chocolate cake with raspberry mousse filling, and people are still raving about how delicious and moist it was! I cannot say enough good things about rolling pin!

My husband and I ordered a red velvet cake for our wedding. It was the most delicious red velvet cake I have ever had! The cake was flawless, and very beautiful. We have gotten so many compliments from our guests.

My wedding cake came out absolutely beautiful. Every guest and even the staff mentioned how beautiful it was. Not only did it look great, but it tasted delicious as well!

The Rolling Pin Bakery was awesome! Our 4 tier cake was so delicious I wanted seconds!! They did a great job in decorating it with the ribbons around the layers. Would definitely recommend them! Thumbs up!

Our cake was beautiful and delicious, however it was frustrating to not be able to sit down and discuss our vision with an actual person. Everything is done via email and is not always efficient. We had to resend our initial email because the gentleman claimed he never received the first one. Even for our tasting we had to order samples ONLINE & pick them up in store and our order was wrong. They did their best to correct the situation but overall it was a frustrating process for us not to be able to speak with a person. Our guests are still commenting on how amazingly delicious the cake was so it was worth our frustration.

I had my wedding at the Venetian Yacht Club, my cake was included in the price of my wedding. BUT I have to say me cake was delicious and gorgeous. I picked the fall style cake. I bought some fall decorations at Michaels and dropped themoff at the bakery the week of the wedding, they did a great job of decoratig my cake. It was so pretty and exactly what I wanted-very fall themed. I had vanila cake with lemon filling it was really delicious and I am not a cake eater ans I was concerned the filling would be too sweet it was not. I can't wait to take it out of the freezer next year and try another slice!

Our cake from Rolling Pin Bakery was so delicious! We chose a vanilla cake with raspberry mousse and all I can say is "YUM!" Not only was it so tasty, but it was also beautiful! My husband and I got engaged at a Mets game, so as a tribute to that, we asked to have our cake decorated in blue and orange hearts. It came out so cute -- exactly what I was hoping it would look like! Additionally, as part of our wedding package through the Harbor Club (which I also highly recommend), we get a free mini-replica of our wedding cake on our first anniversary -- something I am very much looking forward to tasting again!

We have used Rolling Pin for our cakes many times before. We love them!!! Dave actually referred us to East Wind and for that we are eternally grateful. You can't find a better bakery then Rolling Pin! The cake was exquisite! Such a classy cake from a classy bakery! The taste of our cake was raved by all!!! The detailing of the cake was so beautiful! We wanted a simple cake that went with our nice ivory and mahogany color scheme. Once again you outdid yourselves again!!! Every time I had any question at all I would send an email, and David who is the owner would respond in such a timely matter. He worked with us on every detail, even in helping us get the best value for our purchase we had a vanilla cake with cannoli chocolate chip frosting!! absolutely delicious even those who didnt normaly like cannolli loved our cake! and the best part is that They even give you a free cake top replica to your wedding cake (so its fresh! not a year old!) on your anniversary so you can either use less of a cake and save money or like us still had the top of the cake wrapped up to take home and then enjoyed every last bite of it with our imidate family the next week!!!

The cake was perfect and delish!!! I was very worried about how the cake would look, that it wouldnt look "fancy" enough because my hubby refused to pay extra for fondant. The cake ended up looking amazing! so smooth and flawless! im so glad we didnt pay the extra for the fondant. The only reason i gave them 4/5 for flexibility is because they didnt have some of the flavors that other bakeries offered such as lemon flavored cake. I really wanted lemon cake with raspberry filling, they did however suggest that I do yellow cake with both lemon and raspberry filling, the cake was so yummy!! i cant wait to have some again on our one year anniversary!

My cake was included with my wedding at Smithtown Landing. I worked with Dave via email to order my cake, and although I thought it would be difficult to grasp my vision, he NAILED IT! My cake was exactly what I thought it would be! Granted, I didn't describe anything too extravagant, but still, colors were good, cake was delicious, I couldn't ask for more.

A cake from the rolling pin was included with our venue and I couldn't have imagined a better cake! I chose a cake by its picture and bought the ribbon and made a crystal cake topper and it was absolutely beautiful. I got chocolate with raspberry and it was so delicious I found myself actually sitting down to eat cake and walking around and eating some of my bridesmaids as well. I cannot wait for our anniversary to eat it again!

We used this bakry for our wedding cake. They were fabulous David was so accomodating and helped me so much with choosing. I live about 3 hrs from this bakery bu my wedding was in long island so all my choices had to be made through email. I did go in to get samples to try and their cake is awesome. I even bought a few baked items while there and that was so good too Our cake was beautiful and everything I wanted. The cake was delicious. David you are the best. Thank you for our beautiful wedding cake

I loved our wedding cake! It was moist and delicious! It looked so pretty, it just totally fit our personalities and theme. Our cake came with the package at our reception hall and I was not dissapointed! This bakery truly takes pride in everything they make! We even had little trays at each table with cookies, italian pastries, chocolate dipped strawberries and cannolis. They were all delicious!

Rolling Pin makes the most decorative and delicious cakes. I had chocolate chip cannoli filling with white cake and I had guest you don't even eat cannoli wanting more. The cake was so good that I didn't even save the top for our 1st Anniversary.
