Very happy with my choice here to pick Serenity. We knew someone in the company and was hoping he would be our driver, but some family issue came up and we ended up with someone else. I was very happy with who we were set with. He was on time, the limo was clean, and he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable.

Our limo drivers was awesome!! Super courteous and friendly! Our limos were spotless, and affordable! We had to make a few changes along the way in which the office girls handled without a hitch..I only have one complaint....We added car service to the contract to take us the airport for our honeymoon, and no one showed up! Luckily someone was on call to answer the phone at 530am to help...We walked on eggshells for 45 minutes awaiting the resolve...When a driver showed up he was mad! Not at us, but it was awkward to say the least....I would still call them for a limo because of all of the positives! We got to our honeymoon and had a wonderful stress free flight!

receptionist was wonderful to speak with through out the changes and planning , the 20 passanger hummer was beautiful , we evengot a ride to the airport for our honeymoon the following day and the car they sent was so clean .

They were great to work with, but when it came to the wedding they were late pickign me up, but due to traffic making me walk down the aisle 20 minutes later than I should have... I didn't mind because I understood but then they charged us an extra 100$ which I thought was crazy! then they offered a complimentary limo back from the venue to the hotel and after we had made sure it was complimentary the driver still insisted on 50$

Serenity is a very professional from the get go. They made us feel comfortable from when we walked in the door and they were so professional when they showed up to pick us up. I was so happy to see them show up at our house early! We have heard some horror stories from other limo companies not showing on time, but we had no problem.
We picked 3 cars and each one was beautiful and clean and the drivers were extremely friendly and professional. Our Specialty Car, a '56 Cadillac, was absolutely everything we wanted. The drivers were very attentive to all our needs.
They made us feel like we have been friends instead of driver/ customers...

The owner was unbelievable! he gave me a price that was half of the rest of the estimates i got for a suv limo! it came an hour early and was wonderful! i loved there service and have recommended them to everyone!

My husband and I booked Serenity Limos for our wedding on 9/10/11. After discussing the pricing and transportation needs, we placed a deposit with a credit card. A contract was e-mailed to us, which we in turn signed and returned via e-mail with-in one hour of receiving it (we also received confirmation that the contract was received by Serenity).
We thought, for the price we were quoted *and* contracted at, we were getting a great deal by booking the '56 Caddy Fleetwood for my father and I to arrive in, and a limo for the bridal party and my husband to arrive in. That was, until the limos did not show up on time....or *AT ALL*.
Now, my husband and I are VERY calm, logical people. We completly understand that, yes, mistakes happen. However, as a paying customer (and someone who has over a decade in Customer Service Management), my expectation is that as a service provider it is not only your responsibility to correct the mistake, but also your DESIRE to correct the mistake.
One of our groomsmen took control of the situation and told Serenity that no matter what, they needed to get the '56 Caddy to the reception site so that my husband and I may take pictures with it. Serenity did indeed get the car to the reception site....on a flat bed truck.... the vehicle, which we had placed a deposit on and signed on a contract for, was not even in working condition. That asside, the car was no where near the "mint condition" that my husband was told it was in; the window tinting was pealing off, the driver's side window did not open, and there was small spots of rust on the body.
Because of the transportation not showing up, we had unecessary stress on our wedding day (which is the least of the issues), our ceremony was delayed by 30 minutes, we missed our cocktail hour and were not able to take all of the pictures that we wanted to...such as my dad helping me out of the limo on his only child's wedding day.
I'm sure you're wondering what Serenity did to "correct" this mistake. Well, we DID receive a phone call at 7:00pm the Monday after our wedding. As we were married on Saturday, I'm convinced that the phone call was placed at this time, in hopes that we were already on our honeymoon. I can understand being nervous about having to make that phone call. However, it needed to be made. We were not on our honeymoon when Serenity made the single attempt to contact us. We have not returned the call - as I do believe the responsibility lies upon Serentify to rectify this situation. They made *one* attempt to contact my husband and myself, and have not taken *any* steps further to rectify their mistake.
Again, mistakes happen....that's just the way things are. But what truly matters is not whether or not a mistake happens, it's what you do to rectify the mistake. I purposely WAITED A MONTH TO WRITE THIS REVIEW, as to give Serenity a fair chance at contacting us again, either telephonically OR via e-mail (which they had no problem using to e-mail us the contract), or via writing.
So, would I recommed Serenity limos? Not even to my worst enemy.

After searching for and contacting nearly fifteen limo companies in Suffolk and Nassau county, I found Serenity Limousine. I have worked with many limo comapnies in the past and was very impressed with the professional quality of Serenity. I had the stretch escalade and the rolls royce. The drivers were very friendly, responsive and prompt. The service at the office is excellent. There were no hidden fees and everything was very straightforward. A great value and a great company! I will surely be using them again! Highly recommend.

They seemed to be the cheapest of all the limo's we looked at. They were punctual and professional. The music did not work in the limo, but other than that, they were perfect.

Everything was perfect to a T! the drivers were great and they even called us a few days before the wedding and upgraded one of our limos for free because another customer had cancelled. Not only was their service great but their price was amazing!

I loved Serenity limos! Not only was everyone super nice, but they had the most awesome car ever! I loved having a vintage car to travel in on my special day! I highly recommend these guys!
