The Times Square Orchestra

Awesome band! Guests couldn't believe how much the songs sounded like the originals. They learned our wedding song and played it great. Everyone was dancing and having a great time the entire night. We had such a great time!

Times Square Orchestra is the best dance band in the NY area. Music was the most important thing to me at my wedding reception (I am a musician and had many musician friend guests), and I researched and interviewed over a dozen bands - including those who like to throw celebrity names around in an attempt to impress the uninformed. I went with Times Square because their sound is fantastic, their singers are top-notch, and they have a really fun performance energy that no other band I saw could touch. I’ve never seen a dance floor fill up so fast, and stay full for the entire night! They played every style of music perfectly (including special requests), and everyone is still talking about how amazing the band was and how, “we really knew how to throw a great party.” All of their great reviews are well deserved - they couldn’t have been better or nicer to work with. You can’t go wrong with the Times Square Orchestra!

Times Square Orchestra is, in a word, AMAZING. Mary Ann makes sure that everything is covered, and they truly made our wedding wonderful. Everyone kept telling us how great the band was (and thinks we paid a LOT more than we paid)... people who normally would not have danced were up out of their seats dancing away! I was thrilled with their song selections, and appreciated that they learned two new songs for our wedding. Importantly, the day of my wedding, there was HEAVY rain and many highways were closed in Westchester county. However, they were on-time, professional, and enthusiastic. I HIGHLY recommend them!

BEST. BAND. EVER. No question. I'd been to 3 weddings with TSO and it was a given that I would book with them. We actually booked our wedding date around their availability... that's just how good they are. The dance floor was packed all night and the guests RAVED about them, took business cards, and just had a blast. If you want a good party, hire them. If you want an okay party, then hire someone else. If you think you want a DJ, you'll change your mind when you hear them. They play all types of music and are perfect with each of the genres. The vocals are a great mix and they have such a huge entertainment factor as well, from Barry White to Michael Jackson. Music was one thing I had no worries about prior to the wedding day since I knew they would give a solid, A++++ performance. Some of my guests said they wanted to host a party just for a reason to hire and hear them again. One specific guest said that they felt "privaleged" to be invited to such a great party. I think they are very reasonable in price and are a class act business. I can't wait to see our video footage and hear how great they sound all over again.

TSO made our wedding!! They were oustanding to work with- Mary Ann was so helpful and answered all my questions prior to the wedding in a timely manner. The performance for the day of our wedding was truly spectacular! All of our guests have been raving about the band since our wedding. TSO learned several songs for us and surprised us with them during the wedding! The whole dance floor was packed the ENTIRE night!! They were by far our favorite vendor! I highly recommend them!

Everyone danced the night away. Over ten people have asked me for their contact info for their own wedding or their children's wedding. They played music that had everyone from age 18-95 dancing. Be sure to go see one of their showcases. They are the best!!!!

I highly recommend Times Square Orchestra. They did a great job running the wedding and keeping everyone dancing. So many people at our wedding raved about the band and the dance floor was packed the whole time. They even learned a number of songs for us and were just generally very nice to deal with.

This band was incredible. They played all genres of music with energy and their fun personalities and every guest raved about them. They honored my every request and kept the entire wedding dancing and smiling the whole night. Each member (and there's lots of them) is uniquely talented and brought so much diversity to every song. They played songs from the 50's and new songs that are currently on the radio and never once sounded out of place. An excellent, excellent band.

If you are getting married in the tri-state area you MUST hire this band! They are the best. They totally made our wedding day and it was the absolute best thing we splurged on. The value of the band for the price is UNBELIEVABLE. Every song they played was great and they had our guests up and dancing all night long. They learned every song we asked for our special night and working with them prior to the wedding was a blast!
