We had our engagement party here on October 22, 2011. I truly hope our wedding is as great as our Engagement Party. Brian went above and beyond!! The food was amazing, service was impeccable, and they truly made sure I was comfortable all night. My family is still raving about it!Thank you Brian! You are a true professional. Looking forward to having more parties at your beautiful venue in the future!

We dealt with Brian through all of our wedding planning and LOVED him!! He responded to every question we had, answered every email and phone call, and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about helping us. He was personally invested in making our special day everything we wanted it to be. The day of, Brian was our maitre'd and made sure that every aspect of our party went off without a hitch. Everything was PERFECT. The food and service were excellent as well. We could not have been happier with Brian and Vina De Villa!

What impressed me most was the value and the staff venue willing to work with us on choosing a date and special requests. Carolanne the banquet manager was really flexible, understanding and helpful. Ronnie Jr. spoke to me on securing the venue's credibility. Ronnie Snr. the owner finalized our contract and also worked with us on rehearsal and last minute needs, a Veteran who is really down to earth and friendly. The head caterer Meghan was attentive to our needs although my DJ said otherwise. They had a girl name Heather who assisted me on any request day of, which I thought was awesome. The place has a rustic homey feel to it. It has a vintage wood style to the rooms and furniture. Our theme was Military Elegant and this Venue fit it perfect. We used the outdoor area which my team/friends dressed it up with chiffon, Ecuadorean roses, petals and vines.The inside they provided us with gold underlay with ivory linen for the tables, table cards, a sweetheart table. We had around 115 people, 10-11 per table. The food was great at the cocktail hour and good at the reception (as it usually is). Unlimited drinks at the bar was amazing for the package we got. We also got a chocolate fondue, which everyone went crazy for. They had cake provided for us from Campbells Bakery, exactly what I wanted, elegant and tasty. Carolanne also got us a room the night before and of our wedding night at the motel next door. The place was 1 hour for most people but worth it because of the package we got and took sunset pictures at a nearby beach. The only thing was it was warm in the reception, people made several requests during the wedding but it didn't make a difference. This is the only thing which their was no immediate response. My husband and I didn't care and were dancing like crazy, determined to make it Fun! The next day Ronnie Snr. told us that it was due to the heat wave (which there was that month) and they had no control of the temperature. It didn't bother me as much as some guests because they made it up with their excellent service and value for what we got. Just make sure you get extra AC or Fans if having the venue in the summer. So, if you want to save money but still have unlimited alcohol, good food, great service, a rustic elegant venue this is the Place!

My wedding at the pine hollow was amazing! it is one of those place that no one ever heard of, but everyone will be talking about when they leave! The cost was amazing, the food was great, the staff was wonderful.... Out of about 50 people, I didnt care for 1, and even he wasnt horrible.
